Sweet Tooth Jazz Band delivers an eclectic, high-spirited mix of bluesy, jazzy sounds—equal parts soul, swing, and spontaneity. Rooted in traditional jazz and shaped by the cool sophistication of NYC clubs, their sets pulse with energy and charm. Known for spirited performances across Brooklyn and the Northeast, Sweet Tooth blends American songbook standards, playful medleys, and quirky originals—with the occasional twang or roadhouse riff sneaking into the mix. Electric guitar, tight grooves, and crowd singalongs make for an engaging, genre-blurring show that connects with audiences in intimate venues and beyond.
Sweet Tooth’s debut album, This Record Won’t Play Itself, is set for release later this year—a joyful, offbeat collection of American standards and playful originals that captures the energy and spontaneity of their live show. Recorded with the same lineup they bring to the stage, the album features Ryan Weisheit (vocals, saxophones), Marcus Milius (vocals, harmonica), Abe Pollack (vocals, bass), Uri Zelig (drums), and Brad Brose (guitar)—a tight-knit crew of seasoned players known for their chemistry and character in performance.
